He was very friendly, and explained the procedure well. I think the only thing missing was at times it felt very rushed and it was missing the personal aspect of the interaction. But that’s not an issue - just a personal preference. Otherwise I had no problems and he answered all questions well

I will very highly recommend Prof. Yogesh Bajaj. He is not only a very kind colleague but also a very capable paediatric ENT surgeon. I have greatest regards for him both as a colleague and also as someone who looked after my family member (little boy). He has very high work ethics and is excellent with patients especially children. I am sure his calming and pleasant manner will settle the most challenging and anxious child.

Professor Bajaj is an excellent, response clinician. A skilled and respected surgeon, he has the soul of a paediatrician. He works collaboratively with his paediatric colleagues and reassures his patients with a gently but authoritative manner. Indeed, my own daughter (not one to warm to strangers) is a particular fan.
