Professor Howard Branley has a particular ease with which he communicates -From the first remote consultation through, investigation, Diagnosis and treatment, I felt confident and relieved that I had found a specialist who truly listened and genuinely cared! All tests were explained at a level I fully understood and never were any of my questions or concerns dismissed. Prof Branley went above and beyond to reassure me with my results and It is without question that I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to have a swift and thorough conclusion to any Respiratory Concerns. Excellent admin you team also!

I saw Prof Branley for the first the early this year for my ongoing respiratory problems.I found him to be very professional and polite at all times. This made me feel at ease so I could clearly explain the problems I was experiencing, while he listened patiently. After getting a full history of my medical condition, he again took time to explain the plan of treatment, what tests needed to be done and reasons for those tests. His team arranged for all the tests to be done on the same day and at the same place, which was very convenient for me.It also meant that I had to take only one day off work. I had enough notice for the date of the follow up appointment to discuss the results, which meant I could make arrangements to have the time off work. Again, Prof Branley took time to explain the results of all the tests as well as what the best treatment was. He also sent me lots of information about my condition, referring me to approved and reliable sites, to help me deal with this chronic condition. Shortly after starting treatment and doing the exercises as shown on the videos,I started feeling normal again. I am very thankful to Prof Branley for all he has done to help me feel positive about life again. Before I was referred to him, I thought my life was coming to an end, being 65 years of age. I will definitely go to him again if I had any problems and would highly recommend him to anyone who had respiratory problems.

At the risk of being melodramatic, my recent consultation with Professor Branley proved lifesaving. I had expected helpful advice and, possibly, additional medication to address an ongoing asthma-related issue. Quite quickly into the consultation however, Professor Hanley diagnosed that I needed urgent intervention and he called an ambulance. He did so gently and sensitively, careful to ensure that I did not panic. He remained in contact with me throughout two days in hospital, where I received equally good care. I cannot imagine what more I could have expected from a specialist and I remain very grateful to him for his expertise and, above all, his attention to my condition.
