Professor Branley made me feel at ease during the consultation and listened very carefully to the reasons why I had to see him. He thoroughly understood the clinical issues and was able to explain clearly the course of action to be taken. I had seen around ten years ago another lungs’ specialist for the same issue and the experience could not have been more different. Professor Branley is an excellent specialist and I would highly recommend him,

Exceptional Practitioner. my experience was one of an excellent medical professional who listens to the patient, the symptoms, and subsequently attempts to provide a solution. Prof Branley also referred me to two other consultants, which meant all of my symptoms were assessed, which was particularly comforting as a post COVID patient. i rarely write reviews, but i couldn't speak more highly of Prof Branley. If i could, i'd have him as my own personal GP !

The doctor was very polite and explained concepts in simple terms. This is something I really appreciate - having a PhD myself (not in medicine though), I do not mind a more technical language. But from personal experience I know that for other people it might be too difficult. Mastering how to speak in simple but rigorous way to people is a quality I always seek in doctors. He was also clear about how we will proceed. I would definitely recommend him to other patients as well.

I was very impressed with Professor Branley based on my initial consultation zoom call with him. He was keen to understand as much as possible about my circumstances, asking questions that I hadn't thought of myself before, and to me, this speaks to his abilities as a diagnostician. He thoroughly explained why I might be experiencing the physical effects of my 'condition' - and the fact that this was all remote and thus more difficult points more emphatically to his skills. After having experienced these symptoms for a number of years, I was left with the feeling that this can be sorted and he was able to suggest immediate next steps which is of comfort to me.
