Clinical Interests: His clinical interests are nerve entrapment conditions, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, Dupuytren contracture, wrist/elbow/shoulder pain, tendonitis and work-related upper limb disorders/RSI .

As discussed if the adjustment to your exercise routine I suggested is not sufficient to settle the nerve irritation as expected then a more invasive (but panful) investigation to confirm the diagnosis is possible as is a surgical release. Do keep in touch if the pain remain.

Thank you so much for you kind review. I hope that the effect of the injection for the thumb arthritic pain may be long lasting as these injections in combination with a thumb support prevent the need for surgery in 75% of cases in my personal published experience.
