“I went to see Ms Hicklin with symptoms of R-CPD and to have a Botox injection with the EMG machine. Ms Hicklin was very understanding of my symptoms and put me at ease straight away. She explained the procedure and side effects in detail and was very reassuring. “

Ms Hicklin was so kind and patient with my son who was screaming and kicking when she tried to exermine him by looking into his ears and throat. I kept apologising but she was very nice about it all.

My experience with Ms Hickling was excellent. Given the anxiety I suffer with any sort of medical assessment, she was quick to put me at ease with her comforting tone and make me feel assured I was in good hands. She was keen to listen to the story behind my condition, and did well to explain to me what and how my lifestyle may be causing/ affecting it. The way in which she advised and discussed with me her recommended next steps and who next to see made me feel as if there was a solution to the problem, which is what we all inevitably want. Her experience in this field is clear to see. I would happily advise all to see Ms Hicklin.
