Ms Rina Harris (nee Bimbashi) is an experienced Podiatrist based in London. She specialises in biomechanics and gait analysis. She completed her Podiatry training at University College London (UCL) in 2003, before undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Podiatric Biomechanics at Staffordshire University. She has worked for both the NHS and in private clinics.
She has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal problems and overuse injuries. She also has considerable knowledge in all areas of orthotic therapy and footwear prescription from running shoes to every-day footwear. She specialises in treating athletes and assessing running techniques. Ms Harris is able to give advice on appropriate running shoe models, running technique, injury prevention and post injury running programs.
Ms Harris has been regularly featured in the media as an expert in biomechanics, insoles and orthotics. She has also been interviewed by the Daily Mail, for a number of articles on insoles, gait, biomechanics, and the effects of pregnancy on gait.
