Thanks and all the best
you are most welcome and thanks for the feedback
I am extremely sorry you feel this way. As your wife's condition was complex and you have already seen few specialist, I tried my best to help and provide answers to your questions. It is extremely frustrating to patients but more so to me, when there isn't much to offer in terms of answers or treatment. I tried to spare you the cost of expensive investigations and repeated follow ups. I replied to the email I received from you to the best of my knowledge and chased your appointments with other specialists within the NHS as far as I could within the limit of my access to your wife's medical records. Again, I am sorry to hear you feel your experience was not satisfactory and that you and your wife are still suffering. I want to apologise that I failed to meet your expectations. I am happy to offer you a follow up consultation, free of charge, to go through things again if you think this would be helpful. Wishing you all the best.
