My keen wish was to understand what I cod come to expect over the longer term: how, if applicable, the pain could deteriorate and what additional measures may be necessary. The consultation was more focussed on the current state and whether I could be discharged; which I was, and seemed a rushed process to achieve that end.

Overall he did not seem interested. His attitude on arrival was negative and felt as I have been to a public hospital not private.

Thank you very much for your review, I take all reviews into consideration to understand how I can improve the service I provide to my patients and I'm sorry that on this occasion you did not feel content. I always try to tailor my clinical care to match the need and expectation of my patient. In your case you had a complex combination of a nerve pain in your arm and neck pain for which you had a diagnostic test followed by a complex neck surgery. I would be more than happy to arrange for a complimentary consultation to discuss your case and management again.

After explaining my neck pain to Mr Kazzaz he carried out an examination. Mr Kazzaz quickly drew my attention to a possible problem with my right shoulder, I suffer no pain in my shoulder so I was surprised. It turns out that I have sub-acromial bursitis in my right shoulder which causes my neck pain. I am so grateful that Mr Kazzaz quickly pinpointed the problem area after suffering for so many years with neck pain. My neck has so far responded very well to treatment and I hope to make a full recovery in time. Thank you Mr Kazzaz.
