“Mr Singh was able to support my son when no one else seemed able to. We had seen many consultants over the past few years about my sons constant pains in his feet but none had picked up on things that he did via verbal description of pain, examination and also from the scan results. I am very grateful to him for supporting my son and now two operations down; one on the left ankle and one on the right ankle, he is recovering well. Thank you so much! :-)“

For 16 years Sam Singh was the Lead Foot and Ankle Surgeon at Guys and St Thomas', one of the UK's leading NHS foundation trusts. Through his specialist Foot and Ankle Fellowship Programme, he mentored 15 Consultants, sharing with them insights into his compassionate and highly skilled approach to patient management.

A graduate of Cambridge University, he trained in Orthopaedic Surgery in London and completed his specialist training in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the only British Surgeon to date to have been awarded a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery from Harvard University

Sam Singh offers the most recent, proven techniques for managing all Foot and Ankle Disorders including ankle sports injuries, ligament injuries, arthritis of the foot and ankle, plantar fasciitis, bunions and hammertoes, Morton’s neuroma and tendon disorders, Achilles tendon rupture, and pain and minimally invasive foot surgery.

Recognizing his dedication to guiding patients through their injury and surgery recovery through the provision of coherent and honest advice, he was invited to be the Senior Editor of content on Bunions and Morton's neuroma conditions for the UK's leading patient resource, "NHS Choices". He still frequently publishes in academic and popular media.

As his charges fall within all insurance guidelines he is highly regarded by insurance companies as their preferred healthcare provider.

He is extremely passionate about his work and takes pride in delivering care to his patients with a comforting and cheerful demeanor. Something he couldn’t do without his fantastic team of nurses, physiotherapists, and secretaries. Lorna and Elias’s attention to detail, caring approach and availability to answer your queries promptly sets his practice far apart from others. All contribute to why he is consistently one of the highest-rated doctors in the UK.

It is important that HCA is transparent about our relationship with those doctors who provide us with clinical guidance on delivering the best possible care to patients and operating our hospitals safely and efficiently. We set out here some of the ways in which we work together and the amount we pay this doctor for such services.
