“Rob is a fantastic surgeon as well as a great guy. I am an 80 years old reasonably fit male who had suffered for far too long with arthritic knees. I was introduced to" Rob Pollock through a fellow sufferer and after the normal friendly meetings & discussions, etc. I finally underwent bilateral patella forma reconstruction surgery (both knees ON THE SAME DAY) just a few weeks ago. The result is simply amazing. i was walking without any support or aid after 2 days and I am now walking, cycling, swimming far more than I have done for years and all WITHOUT PAIN. I cannot recommend Rob & his anaesthetist team highly enough. I followed Robs exercise regime(fairly) carefully which obviously helped accelerate the recovery period and am now almost ready for shoulder surgery so that I can start playing golf again in the spring (without a buggy) my only regret is that Rob Pollock doesn't do shoulders but happily knows a man that does. If after reading this you are still in doubt about having surgery and still maybe just a bit afraid, ask Robs PA for my contact details for an informal and reassuring chat. Terry C.“
