One tonsil was larger than other
I was a mess when I walked into Mr Natt’s consulting room, I had such bad anxiety I’d already taken one diazepam. He spotted this instantly and talked me calmly get efficiently through everything. I possibly shouldn’t have told him I loved him and blew a kiss as I left but I wanted to hug with so badly, it was the next best thing. I left feeling assured and free of all anxiety. I am so grateful.

Mr Natt removed a cyst behind my left ear. It was done with a local anaesthetic and took about 45 minutes. Mr Natt took the trouble to explain exactly what was happening at every point and I felt reassured and comfortable throughout. Very happy to recommend because at no point did I feel in anyway unclear about what was happening both before, during and after the procedure.
