Mr Nair inspires confidence. His explanation of the treatment options that I faced on diagnosis of my bladder cancer was comprehensive, frank and clear. His approach helped me to make the decision. In the weeks following surgery he was constantly accessible (would respond to emails within minutes on many occasions) and dealt with concerns sensibly and promptly. I had complete confidence in his care and expertise.

Mr Nair was the best consultant I ever saw. He was patient, empathetic and measured. There were times where I was really worried about my health and he didn't dismiss my fears but instead took time to let me express my concerns, and then addressed them. I felt very safe under his care, even when things got quite bad for me. I have seen a LOT of consultants over the years, and Raj stands out for his kindness and care.
