“Mister Kavia was very welcoming upon the initial consultation, laid out the procedure in detail and seemed more than happy to further explain anything if I had questions or doubts. On the day of surgery I was brought into the surgery room after a quick greeting to make sure I had not changed my mind and was clear about what I was going in to. Surgery itself was carried out very efficiently, but only after making triply sure the local anaesthetic was fully functioning and he checked in with me many times throughout the procedure if I was alright. The entire process went very well and I felt like I was in good hands throughout. A couple days after surgery, Mister Kavia gave me a phone call to check in on my progress and if I had any questions, which I really appreciated. Finally, I went for my 3-week follow-up appointment to have Mister Kavia check on the progress of healing and further questions, but as there were no complications, it was very easy and we concluded the consultation. I have since healed fully at around the fifth week and feel very happy with the results of the surgery and Mister Kavia's work performance.“
