



Orthopaedic Surgery
Mr Paul Trikha is a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon. He qualified from St. Georges Hospital in London and trained in orthopaedics in South East England and at the Wimbledon Clinics. He undertook his specialist visiting fellowship training in sports knee surgery at the North Sydney Orthopaedics Sports Medicine Centre, Australia. In 2011 Mr Trikha was appointed at Surrey Orthopaedic Clinic. Mr Trikha is actively involved in teaching and research. He teaches nationally and internationally and has been the author of numerous publications in the field of knee surgery, joint replacement, trauma and sports injuries.
Mr Paul Trikha specialises in knee surgery and is particularly interested in sports-related knee injuries, knee problems in young adults and modern techniques for knee arthritis treatment. Mr Trikha is an expert in minimal access/keyhole arthroscopic surgery and performs a range of treatments including ligament reconstruction, joint preserving surgery, joint replacement surgery, total, partial or uni-compartmental knee replacement, computer navigated knee replacement and patient-specific custom made replacements.
