I am a Consultant Gynaecologist at New Victoria Hospital and the New Malden Diagnostic Centre with over 40 years of experience. I joined Medical School in 1970 and graduated in 1976. I trained and worked in several major hospitals in the United Kingdom including Teaching Hospitals in Cardiff, Westminster Hospital and Guys and Lewisham Hospitals in London. I also served Queen and Country as a doctor in the Royal Army Medical Corps for five years before joining Kingston Hospital as a consultant in 1993.
Because of the extensive training I had, I gained a broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of gynaecology (including menstrual disorders, endometriosis, PCOS, menopause and HRT, miscarriages) and developed special expertise in urogynaecology (prolapse and incontinence), laparoscopic surgery (minimally invasive surgery), diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy and colposcopy (including treatment).
I now offer ThermiVa procedure at the New Malden Diagnostic Centre. ThermiVa is a non-surgical, non-hormonal solution to aspects of the menopause, genital prolapse, urinary incontinence and vaginal problems after breast cancer.
