Mr Eynon-Lewis took time to explain everything in detail and make sure I realise exactly what the procedures entailed and what to was to be expected. He encouraged me to ask questions and to be realistic about the outcomes. The passion he has for his work is second to none and instilled great confidence in me. His bedside manner was excellent, i really felt i was in good hands from the very beginning. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anybody who wants complete trust and excellent care.

I found Mr Eynon-Lewis friendly and he listened to me sympathetically with full undistracted attention. He made me feel relaxed in a stressful situation. I felt he was doing all he could to help me with my sudden hearing loss and to explain the reasons for the actions he was taking. I very much appreciated this as I feel it is important for the patient to feel listened to and to be able to ask questions.

Impressed with the empathy I felt from Mr Nicholas regarding my health experiences. I'm young and healthy but feel astonishingly tired for a long time without fully understanding the reason. For the first time in a long time I experienced a consultation where I fully felt understood
