



Orthopaedic Surgery
Mr Luke Jones is a consultant knee surgeon who runs a high-volume, bespoke knee practice specialising in all aspects of knee surgery including minor sports injuries and complex joint reconstructions. He takes a patient-centred approach to treatment and tailors each treatment plan to the individual. Mr Jones performs more than 150 joint replacements and 200 arthroscopic knee procedures each year and has vast experience treating top-level athletes. His areas of expertise include sports knee injuries, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, early knee arthritis, minimally invasive total knee replacement, and robotic knee replacement surgery. Mr Jones is a key opinion leader on partial knee replacement, minimally invasive knee replacement, and daycase knee replacement. His practice has recently become a visitation centre of excellence for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Mr Jones undertook his medical qualifications in London before completing basic surgical training, followed by higher orthopaedic surgical training on the Oxford rotation. He went on to complete a PhD at Oxford University where his thesis focused on early knee osteoarthritis and the role of the meniscus on the aetiology of osteoarthritis. He has also completed two fellowships - one at Stanford University Hospital (USA), and one at the Oxford University Hospitals Sports Knee Service.
