Mr Jeannon is courteous, professional and extremely competent. I was very very nervous about my surgery and he really re-assured me that I was in good hands and made me feel calmer about the procedure. He provided an exceptional level of patient care, returning telephone calls out of hours and at weekends. My surgery went well and my scar is very neat.

He explained my condition well and talked me through the whole process of the operation and next steps in a very calm reassuring manner. He is an outstanding surgeon with a great team to back him up.

Following the devastating diagnosis of Lympho-epithelial carcinoma of the left parotid gland I was referred by Mr Paul Fields to undergo surgery by Mr Jean-Pierre Jeannon at the London Bridge / Guy’s Cancer Centre private health facility in London. Given my level of concern when facing such major surgery to my face and neck I could not have received better assurance / support before / during and after surgery by all concerned with my care. I feel very fortunate to be referred to Mr Jeannon to perform the surgery. His professionalism/ knowledge and skill in such procedures are second to none in his field. The incision from the top of my left ear to the bottom of my neck is no longer visible. I am also fortunate to rely on his continued care at regular follow up consultations to ensure I am monitored during the long process of recovery and beyond. Having suffered the devastating loss of my wife following a year long battle with cancer within 7 days of my surgery I fully understand the importance of the skill and expertise of Mr Jeannon and his team including his PA who continues to be so supportive and helpful during this difficult time in my life.

My entire journey with Jean-Pierre Jeannon has been exemplary: his manner, his humour and attention are superb, not to mention his expertise in the cancer field. I cannot rate him highly enough, even after having cancer treatment in the past. At such a challenging time he made me feel totally at ease and confident, and I find him a very fine Consultant and Surgeon. I always look forward to our next meeting - I feel my journey will be a long one, and have every confidence of the very best treatment and care. My deepest thanks

I saw Dr Jeannon in two occasions: pre-surgery consultation and 1 hour before my surgery. Very professional and clear in his explanations about the procedure etc. I will happily refer him to friends and family in case of need.
