Hello. First of all thank you for taking the time to give my team some feedback and for the kind words about the operation and treatment. I very much enjoyed meeting all of you and being able to provide the service that was needed. I have spoken to the office team about the language used and about how you felt that they had come across as patronising; can I apologise and reassure you that this was in no way their intention. Regarding the pricing, as I mentioned, I tend to leave this to my practice manager as this is her area of expertise. To clarify; the first appointment where we met and discussed the issues and the subsequent appointment when surgery was decided upon was classed as a new and a follow up appointment. From that point onwards you went for the inclusive care package which includes the operation, all treatment during the stay and one follow-up appointment; my policy however is to include as many appointments in the recovery period as patients like/need, not just one. You may remember that there were several initially. I really hope that this outstanding bill has not soured your memory of what I felt was a very positive doctor-patient relationship.
