Prof Loftus was fantastic from the moment I had my initial consultation I knew I was in good hands. He explained the procedure thoroughly and I felt he had given me his honest opinion on what was needed. On the day of surgery he explained again what he intended to do as well as any risks but also made me feel comfortable and at ease. I am very happy to have found Prof Loftus and the London Bridge hospital.
