    Mr Hilali Noordeen is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Spinal Surgeon with over two decades of experience in the treatment and management of orthopaedic and spinal disorders, including spinal deformity, degenerative adult deformative and deformity due to spinal injury. He sees private patients at the Harley Street Hospital.

    Mr Noorden earned his bachelor’s degree in medicine and went on to train at the University of Oxford, where he was also president of the Oxford Union. Mr Noordeen then undertook his exam with the Royal College of Surgeons, for which he was awarded the Gold Medal. Upon completion of his training, Mr Noordeen was appointed Consultant in 1995 at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. He is also a visiting Professor at the University of Colombia, USA and the National University of Malaysia. 

    Mr Noordeen is also an active member of the scientific research community, authoring numerous peer-reviewed papers in renowned scientific journals. In addition to his research, he also holds medical technology patents for his innovations in Tissue Regeneration after spinal cord injury. Mr Noordeen is also a member of The Scoliosis Research Society and runs a family-run educational institute for children in Sri Lanka who have been displaced by natural disasters.
