



Mr Giuseppe Sforza is a Consultant Orthopaedic Upper Limb Surgeon based in London and Reading, UK. After originally studying Medicine at University of Bari, Italy and upon completion of his surgical training and higher orthopaedic training he was appointed Shoulder and Elbow Fellow at the Reading Shoulder Unit at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, UK. His fellowship was completed under the guidance of Stephen Copeland and Professor Ofer Levy.
In 2013 he attended the University of Milan and completed a Master in Hand and Wrist Surgery.
He regularly attends annually the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA for visiting fellowships under the guidance of S. O'Driscoll to improve his knowledge and clinical practice in elbow surgery to ensure he is up to date with the most current techniques for his patients.
He has a specialist interest in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. He is also highly skilled in the areas of Sports Medicine and Surgery, musculoskeletal ultrasound, Paediatric shoulder and elbow treatment and surgery. Mr Sforza undertakes open and arthroscopic shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery including: shoulder and elbow arthroscopies, arthroplasty: primary and revision, stabilization, tendons repair and transfer around the upper girdle, trauma, suspension arthroplasty of the wrist, endoscopic carpal tunnel.
