



Orthopaedic Surgery
Mr Deepu Sethi is a highly experienced Consultant Orthoapedic Knee Surgeon with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the management of sports injuries and the treatment of degenerative knee. His other key specialty areas include meniscal surgery and repair, joint preservation surgery, complex ligament repair and reconstruction, as well as both partial and total knee replacements.
After obtaining his medical qualification at University College London Medical School, Mr Sethi undertook specialist orthopaedic training at complete his specialist orthopaedic training in Oswestry and Birmingham. Based in Australia and in the UK, his subspecialty training centred on knee sports injuries and joint reconstruction.
Mr Sethi is based at Homerton University Hospital. As Consultant Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon, he is the lead surgeon for knee and joint replacement surgery. Further to this, Mr Sethi dedicates his time to educating other colleagues and junior doctors as an active surgical trainer and educational supervisor.
With a view to helping improve patient management and outcomes of knee ligament reconstructive surgery, Mr Sethi collates data on the results of his surgeries and registers this on the National Ligament Registry.
