Mr Bell met us at the door of the consulting room. I was nervous but Mr Bell immediately put me at ease by his manner. He was helpful with enabling me to get in to the examination table as my mobility is very limited at present. Mr Bell wanted me to have further tests done and organised these to be done whilst I was in London

Very impressive and energetic. He very quickly diagnosed the problem. He performed a procedure some five years ago which I was delighted with and I’m hoping for a similarly good outcome this time. I was impressed that as soon as I arrived he came out to say hello before going back into his office. I waited a couple of minutes and then he was out and dealt with me incredibly efficiently but I felt speed was not at the expense of quality.

Having been under the care of Mr David Bell for a number of years for a degenerative spinal condition, the time came for me to undergo interbody spinal fusion surgery. Importantly, this felt very much a joint decision between Mr. Bell and myself as he had provided me with all the information that I needed to make a completely informed decision. From then on, his calm reassurance and the efficiency of the support team around him resulted in a very smooth journey to the day of the procedure itself. Immediately following the surgery, Mr. Bell made himself available to discuss the outcome with my wife and to provide her with all the reassurances she needed. I cannot praise David highly enough, both on a clinical and personal level. I am truly indebted
