Mr Kyriakides qualified in Medicine in the UK and received his postgraduate training in the UK and USA. He is a Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon at Barts Health NHS Trust where he treats patients with all aspects of vascular disease. Mr Kyriakides has a particular interest in the field of minimally invasive vascular surgery and in understanding and exploring the role of new technologies and techniques in the management of arterial and venous disease. He sees private patients at The London Clinic, The Private Clinic in Harley Street and HCA Hospitals in Central London.

Mr Kyriakides is and has been a member of numerous organisations, namely The Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland, The European Society for Vascular Surgery and The Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. Mr Kyriakides has performed over 5000 Endo Venous Laser Ablation (EVLA; proven to be the most successful minimally invasive laser treatment for the removal of varicose veins) and other vein proceedures to-date. Mr Kyriakides has also pioneered the use of EVLA as a treatment for veins on the hands. He is one of very few surgeons in Europe trained in this ground-breaking technique. Mr Kyriakides is also highly specialised in performing varicose vein treatments to the scrotum and varicose vein treatments to the vulva and vagina which are both often conducted as treatment for pelvic congestion.
