Benjamin Lamb is a Consultant Urological and Robotic Surgeon at the Department of Urology, Cambridge University.
Ben studied medicine in Cambridge and London and then completed his specialist urological training in hospitals in the south-east of England.
Ben is trained in general urology and has done sub-speciality training in bladder, prostate and kidney cancers. In addition, Ben is fellowship trained in robotic surgery and has performed over 300 robotic operations.
His special interests include Circumcision, Kidney X-ray (retrograde pyelogram), Prostate surgery, Vasectomy, Bladder biopsy, Bladder tumour resection (TURBT), Excision of the epididymal cyst, Flexible cystoscopy, Hydrocoele repair, Radical orchidectomy, Rigid cystoscopy, Prostate biopsy, Robotic radical prostatectomy, including Retzius Sparing Radical Prostatectomy.

Ben is an excellent clinician and a very skilful surgeon. However, more importantly he treats each patient as an individual and has a patient centred approach. His patients are extremely complimentary about his bedside manner and his approachability. I would happily recommend him to any member of my family.
