“Mr Dhinsa was extremely helpful throughout the process, regularly updating me on each stage. He always went the extra mile to ensure I received the best treatment possible. Every appointment was friendly and efficient as he gave in-depth answers to the many questions I had about the injury and surgery. It was great and reassuring for this to continue post-op. Mr Dhinsa's secretary always replied to my emails rapidly and I was never left waiting. The surgery was very efficient and I can already feel the benefits less than 3 weeks after the surgery. Very pleased and pain free!!“

I saw Bal Dhinsa twice recently at the Chaucer Hospital. I was seen promptly, he referred me for an urgent MRI scan and then reviewed the findings and made a further referral to the orthopaedic hospital. His manner was pleasant, explanation given clearly and I had ample opportunity for questions.
