



Urology
Professor Asif Raza is a Consultant Urological Surgeon for London Northwest University Healthcare NHS Trust. He is an Honorrary Associate Professor at Plymouth University School of Medicine and Dentistry, and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College Medical School, London. He is also the programme lead for Urology at the Rila institute.
He graduated from Glasgow University Medical School in 19919 and completed his registrar programme in urology in Scottland during which he trained in the world-renowned Scottish Lithotriptor (Stone) Centre in Edinburgh.
He specialises in minimal access (keyhole) surgery/endourology (keyhole surgery for kidney stones using laser). He treats benign prostate conditions (including prostate surgery) and performs prostate cancer screening and diagnosis. He offers treatment for general urological problems in both men and women including urinary infections, blood in the urine, penile (circumcision) testicular problems, erection problems as well as bladder problems.
