Top feedback

“Mr Haq and his PA, Rona are an outstanding team offering faultless service. I can't say i was looking forward to the prospect of a colonoscopy, having been referred after a routine annual medical examination. However, both Mr Haq and Rona were very responsive, professional and empathetic throughout. They were very clear with their guidance on how to prepare in the run up to the colonoscopy, answered all of my questions in relatable / non-technical language and were very re-assuring throughout. On the day, Mr Haq explained what he was doing, step by step - and it turned out to be a totally painless experience. Follow up was efficient too, Rona called to arrange a follow up discussion to go over the results shortly afterwards and again, Mr Haq was very clear and thorough going through everything - I couldn't recommend him highly enough.“
