



Orthopaedic Surgery
Mr Aria Ghassemi is a was a Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon at University College Hospital one of London’s renowned teaching hospitals before he went fully private last year. Mr Ghassemi obtained his primary medical degree from St. Bartholomew’s and the Royal London
Hospital. His foot and ankle training took him to England’s centres of excellence The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore), Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children and The Royal London Hospital. His Fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery took place at the prestigious Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford.
Mr Ghassemi also brings the specialist sports injury knowledge he has gained working at the prestigious Institute for Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) in London, a legacy project of the 2012 Olympic Games.
Mr Ghassemi’s practice follows a multi-disciplinary team framework. He works closely with his Physiotherapist and orthotist colleagues to deliver the very best treatment for his patients.
Personal profile:
I love spending time building intricate structures out of Lego with my two daughters while my son specialises in destroying them. I have always been a film buff and a massive Kubrick fan. I have also recently started painting again.
