Thank you for your feedback and comments. My team and I are here to inform, support and work together with patients to ensure that they feel confident in the decisions that they make about their treatment. In my experience when a patient is informed and supported it helps their recovery process, no matter how big or small the procedure/treatment, by working together we achieve the best outcome.
Thank you for your review and feedback. I have been updating my patient information sheets and I apologise that on this occasion you felt you were not provided with more information about post-op pain levels. Following surgery, if any patient feels they are experiencing more pain than they expected or if they have a question about anything, I always welcome and encourage patients to contact me via my admin team so that any concerns or questions can be addressed and responded to promptly.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your positive comments and compliments. I always try to give patients the information they need to enable them to make the right decisions for their circumstances. My admin team is here to support and help patients when I am not directly available. During the covid pandemic there has been constant change but the aim throughout has been to keep patients informed, so that together we can continue to work towards achieving the best possible outcome.
Thank you for kind review. I strive to ensure all my patients are fully informed and aware of all the options available which enables them to make informed decisions about their treatment. In my experience when patients are fully informed about their condition it increases the collaboration between the doctor and patient. Each patient has different needs and expectations; I try to work with my patients to achieve the best result possible, but this only becomes a possibility through open, honest and effective communication.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I always try to give patients the time they need in order to fully understand their condition/injury and the options available to them.
