Mr Ali Mearza is a Director and Co-Founder of OCL Vision. He is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon specialising in laser and cataract eye surgery, refractive lens exchange and other vision improvement techniques. 

Amongst other roles, Mr Mearza is a medical monitor and clinical investigator overseeing clinical trials associated to new ophthalmic technologies and is a member of the UK and European Societies of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (UKISCRS, ESCRS).

Mr Mearza was peer-voted as one of the best surgeons in the UK and is frequently invited to share his expertise and insights to colleagues in the UK as well as internationally. His YouTube channel where he shares many of his surgical practices and experiences has over 500,000 views; he is also active on Instagram and Tiktok.
