Miss Efthalia Tsahalina was fully trained in the UK. She obtained a National Training Number at East Anglia Deanery at Cambridge in 1997 and completed her training including her sub-specialisation in gynaecological Oncology in 2002. Since 2003 she has worked as a Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist both in Greece and in the UK. She was a College tutor for Cambridge University,

Girton and Wolfson College in Reproductive Medicine and Embryology (1999-2002), she was a Hon. Clinical Fellow at the Addenbrooke's Cambridge University Hospital (post-training completion) (2003-2005), she was a Senior Academic Fellow at the Royal Marsden Hospital (2015 till present), she was a Hon. Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology, Addenbrooke's Cambridge University Hospital (2016-2017). She is a member of multiple scientific societies such as 2001 Member of the RCOG- Accreditation on advanced Laparoscopic Surgery
