



Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Dr Cathy Roberts is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, seeing patients privately at The Portland Hospital and she also works part-time at the Homerton University Hospital, where she was appointed a Consultant in 2000. She has a passion for birth and is skilled in minimal access gynaecological surgery. A further specialist interest is the management of problems with the pelvic floor, particularly when connected to the impact of childbirth. She treats a range of lower urinary tract and pelvic floor disorders, including incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Dr Roberts studied at University College and Middlesex School of Medicine. She spent an additional year attaining a BSc in Nutrition and then qualified in 1990 with a Distinction in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Roberts went on to train at hospitals in London and the South East, including UCH/Middlesex, Hammersmith, the Whittington and King’s College Hospitals.
