Ms Fernando was fantastic. She had a very friendly and warm demeanour and you could tell it was extremely important to her that her patients not only fully understood the details of the procedure she was about to perform but that they were also aware that they were involved in the decision making process at all times. Throughout the procedure her and her team were constantly checking, reassuring and engaged with the patient.

I felt nothing but comfortable and at ease under Dr. Fernando's care. Her PA, Zoe, is also lovely which makes a huge difference when dealing with such sensitive issues.
