Julie consulted with my son last week. very clear, very informative, and delivered in a manner that a young and competitive boy would respond well to. Highly recommend for athletes wanting to enhance and maximise their performance.

Julie is an amazing therapist. She is a great listener, with empathy, which to me shows how much the skills that she imparts have contributed to her own wellbeing – a great example. She took more time than scheduled and I felt that this was because she cared about me and wanted to do the best job possible. Julie's knowledge is wide-ranging, inspiring confidence. My life has improved in a short period of time along with my understanding of how healthy breathing techniques can affect us so profoundly. Julie gave me handouts so that I can practise on my own, and her obvious deep care and integrity are the mark of a professional who lives what she knows and teaches.
