    About

Mr W James White is a Consultant Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon based at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, The Lister Hospital, 25 Harley Street, Weymouth Street Hospital and Chiswick Outpatient Centre. He qualified from University College Medical School, followed by studying Trauma and Orthopaedics on the Northwest London programme. He has also completed Shoulder and Elbow fellowships at the wolrd famous Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre in Exeter and Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London. These have further enhanced his expertise and experience in arthroscopy, arthroplasty and trauma.

As a highly trained surgeon, he covers all aspects of shoulder and elbow conditions. Mr White uses non-operative techniques where possible, however when surgery is needed he has a reputation for performing surgery to the highest standard. This excellent reputation has been earned by his surgical outcomes combined with his effective empathetic communication and decision making sklills. Mr White is especially passionate about providing the patients with the best solution for their particular case, rejecting a one fit all approach.
