“Fantastic! I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Dr Saxena explained the whole procedure to me in a online consultation beforehand so I knew what to expect. His team liased with the hospital to book the procedure for me. He was a very reassuring presence on the day of the procedures and carried them out in such a way that I felt no discomfort whatsoever. He contacted me as soon as the biopsy results were ready and made arrangements for me to have some follow-up tests very promptly. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.“
