Dr Leslie is a very highly respected general adult and paediatric Consultant Dermatologist with extensive experience in her field, dealing with all skin conditions. She has been practicing as a Consultant for many years and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
She is a Consultant at the Royal Free Hospital, London, where she has general dermatology clinics seeing patients with all types of skin conditions. She also sees patients with urticaria, angioedema, mast cell disorders, itch and allergy. Dr Leslie is available to do mole checks. She performs cryotherapy, and can arrange skin biopsies, patch tests and phototherapy. Dr Leslie is the Honorary Secretary at the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD).
Currently, she is the Secretary of the Paediatric Chronic Urticaria Task Force of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI). She has been the President of the Clinical Immunology and Allergy section of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM). She has been the Secretary and has also sat on the Council of the RSM Dermatology section.
In addition to her clinical and collegiate activities, Dr Leslie has published widely in various journals and textbooks (including Rook’s Textbook of Dermatology and Treatment of Skin Disease). She has an international reputation in the field of urticaria and itch. She is an author on the International (European) and National (British Association of Dermatologists) Guidelines, Urticaria Guidelines and Itch Guidelines and is regularly an invited speaker at both national and international conferences.
