Dr Rajdeep Khattar qualified at the University of Southampton Medical School, before his specialist training in cardiology in North West London.
This included three years of clinical research in the fields of:
This was followed by comprehensive training in both advanced echocardiography and percutaneous coronary intervention.
He joined Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust from Manchester Heart Centre. He is a consultant cardiologist and is also an honorary clinical senior lecturer at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London.
