



Orthopaedic Surgery
Mr Rajarshi Bhattacharya is a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College, London. He completed his Basic Surgical Training in the North-East of England where he also obtained a Masters degree in Evidence-Based Orthopaedic Studies. He then undertook specialist training in trauma and orthopaedics in Newcastle Upon Tyne and subspecialist fellowships in knee surgery at the Edinburgh Knee Unit and the Southampton Knee Unit, as well as a trauma fellowship at the Edinburgh Trauma Unit.
Mr Bhattacharya's main clinical interests include knee injuries, hip and knee joint replacements and complex trauma.
Mr Bhattacharya has a keen interest in research and has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed papers and regularly presents his work and national and international conferences.
