Top feedback

“I have received excellent care from Dr. Kirk, my GP sent me to him after not being able to get rid of a chest infection, and she could hear other things going on in my chest, Dr.Kirk explained everything that had happened to my heart after having an ECG and bloods, he was understanding as the results came as a bit of a shock to me and took time to explain the procedure of the meds he was putting me on and what they would do to help my heart. He also explained that losing weight would help, so with the help of my wife I am eating more healthy foods. Its good to know if I needed medical attention for my heart he would be there. thank you Dr. Kirk and the nurses“

What has been invaluable is Dr Kirk's comprehensive letters that follow-up on his consultations. As a layman it is sometimes difficult to follow all the technical detail during a consultation, but Dr Kirk's detailed letters provide the opportunity to read and understand all the results and advice.

I was seen within a couple of days he was very caring and professional. I required some tests to allow my Myringoplasty surgery to go ahead that week. Dr Kirk arranged this and all went well I look forward to seeing him in June for my follow up appointment.

Dr Kirk was very professional and quickly was able to re-assure me as to the results of a previous test and my cardiac health. He arranged a timely follow-up appointment at the local NHS private clinic and personally carried out a stress echo test. He then went through the results and scans with me before I left and showed that all was well. At all times he was sympathetic and his "bed-side" manner was excellent. I hopefully won't need to meet him again, but would recommend him to those who have to.
