“Extremely quick, explains diagnosis well and then the physical conditioning. Would have been nice to have leaflets to explain the symptoms and the time frame, with potentially an exercise plan to facilitate recovery. “

Professor Ruparelia was truly exceptional. He was excellent at understanding my personal experience, what I was feeling and what I needed from him. He explained everything in a simple manner that I could understand and reassured me where I needed it. He was interesting to talk to, engaging and very emotionally aware. Could not recommend him more.

I needed to have a Consultation and Cardiogram to check out some abnormalities on a pre-op ECG prior to having general anesthetic. The Cardiogram was scheduled very quickly and thorough and the explanation during the follow up consultation was straightforward, informative and reassurring. Thank you.

We were very impressed with our visit to consultant cardiologist Professor Neil Ruparelia at Wellington hospital. The cardiologist was well up to speed on my husbands case crossing 2 continents , a couple of procedures, operation , evaluation of various tests and medicine review. He gave us a coherent and detailed explanation of the reasons for changing his medication and stressed the importance of exercise and moderation in diet.
