Mrs Khan is an HPC Registered Clinical Psychologist and BABCP Accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist.

She trained at the Institute of Psychiatry/ Maudsley Hospital, qualifying in 1993, and works within a Cognitive Behavioural framework. Over the last five years, she has developed further skills in mindfulness to help clients presenting with symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression, to develop long terms skills to maintain a healthy and calm mind. Mrs Khan uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness as an effective method of treatment. She is happy to see both individuals and couples.

Mrs Khan has a successful private practice and receives referrals from Consultant Psychiatrists and General Practitioners throughout London.

Mrs Khan is fluent in both Urdu and Hindu.
