    Dr Malcolm Levinkind is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatric Dentist based in London. After qualifying from University College Dental Hospital in 1978, he gained hospital and general practice experience in the UK and South Africa. He completed specialised training in Paediatric dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital and was then was appointed as a lecturer at the Royal London Hospital where be obtained FDS RCS and PhD. He was promoted to Senior Lecturer and was responsible for the Children's Dental Trauma Unit and Postgraduate clinical paediatric dental training. He has been in full time specialist paediatric private practice since 1999 and has held the post of Honorary Senior Research Fellow at The Eastman Dental Institute.

    Dr Levinkind offers a full range of specialist paediatric dental care including routine primary care, managing dental trauma, extensive restorative and surgical treatment under general anaesthesia. He has extensive experience dealing with children of all ages who have difficulty coping with routine dental care. He offers a number of behaviour management techniques from hypnosis, happy gas (relative analgesia, Nitrous Oxide sedation) and treatment under general anaesthesia.

    He specialises in the management of dental growth and development problems, provision of comprehensive restorative care and management of children who have sustained dental trauma. He also has a specialist service for treating tongue and lip ties.
