“Dr Dunn was charming and very reassuring. He outlined the issues very clearly, didn’t rush me or add anxiety and left me feeling calm and optimistic. He booked me in to surgery only a few days later despite having a very full list. On the day it went super smoothly and I have virtually no pain directly after, despite some discomfort being normal. I had been referred to him by another gastro specialist who rates him very highly. So I think he must be very competent. Thank you Dr Dunn, “

i don't want to complain as overall it was a good experience but I wish the dr. waited for me to come to consciousness to talk to me. i did not remember seeing him at all after the procedure. it was odd to hear 'you already spoke to the dr' when i was not aware of it at all.
