



Cardiology
Dr George Amin-Youssef is a Consultant Cardiologist at King's College Hospital, which is perhaps the largest Heart Failure Unit in the UK with state of the art supportive imaging modalities, surgical, EP, percutaneous and structural heart disease intervention teams. The unit deals with advanced systolic and diastolic heart failure, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease and echocardiography.
He deals with advanced and complex heat failure cases and his work involves in and outpatient care. Dr Amin-Youssef does a cardio oncology clinic which is a newly emerging sub-speciality. With the help of his echocardiography expertise he has also a particular interest in dealing with complex valve disease and coronary artery disease.
Also special interest in cardiac investigations and assessment for patients presenting with cerebral stroke to rule out cardiac cause.
He is an expert in stress echocardiography investigating coronary artery disease and valvular disease, trans-oesophageal echocardiography for valvular assessment and cardiac investigations for patients presenting with a stroke.
