I was in an extremely anxious state when I arrived for my appointment with Dr Paviour and he took pains to listen, not only to my symptoms, but also to my fears about the potential underlying cause for these. After discussing my migraine history, current symptoms and anxiety levels, he reassured me that he thought it unlikely that the cause was sinister. Nevertheless, as I had hoped he would, he recommended an MRI to be on the safe side. Dr Paviour was also able to give me immediate suggestions as to how I might better “manage” my migraines and improve my anxiety levels, all of which was very helpful and comforting.

Many thanks for leaving a review on Doctify. I am so sorry that you felt that your consultation with me was not as helpful as you had hoped. If something about my manner or approach seemed dismissive then I am sorry for that, it was not my intention at all. Please let me know if you would like to discuss your symptoms again either in person or via a telephone or video call and I would make time.

Excellent first appointment with Dr Paviour. This appointment was via video due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, however his clear and concise manner put me at ease.

A consultation with Dr Paviour Is always helpful. The medications that he has prescribed have benefited me enormously. He always questions me on the continued utility of the medications along with possible side effects. He Is always prepared to discus new developments to ameliorate symptoms and/or to slow progression. I never feel that his time is an issue.

I found the interactive consultation wasn't as satisfactory as a face-to-face experience. After giving me the results of my MRI scan I now realise I didn't receive any advice as to how I might reduce my intermittent morning headaches. I realise these are the result of age-related deterioration of the neck vertebrae but I wonder if there is anything I can do for myself. Dr Paviour was reassuring about the prognosis for my neurological condition and the improvement of my arm and leg tingling.

Dr. Paviour is a very pleasant and professional person. He takes the time to sit down with you to explain the issue and even shows you on his screen the results of the tests you may have undergone, which is not normally the case. He gave me a lot of useful advice and tips for my condition and I would definitely go and visit him again should I need further advice.
