“I was recommended to contact Mr Hadjiminas for a second opinion after my breast cancer diagnosis and a virtual zoom meeting was conveniently arranged by his PA, Catherine. This allowed my husband to join in, to help me to understand the test results and discuss treatment options before making a decision. From this first meeting, I felt immensely comfortable and secure with Mr Hadjiminas. After my physical examination and consultation in Devonshire St, the breast care nurse Jean was helpful with answering a few practical questions; she also visited me in hospital after my mastectomy and reconstruction. Mr Hadjiminas communicates with sensitivity which helped to calm my anxiety and he provided me with enough medical detail that made sense. This came across in our numerous conversations and I felt confident that he would ensure a good cosmetic outcome alongside my treatment. Copies of informative letters to my GP were also sent to me. The medical team involved in my case, despite difficulties brought on by the pandemic situation, was brilliantly brought together by Mr Hadjiminas. I feel thankful to have had his help and expertise at every step. “

Mr Hadjiminas has gentle, caring but authoritive characteristics and you immediately take note of what is being said, what is required to be done and somehow despite being nervous or anxious his confidence eases the difficulties in dealing with your health issues. He understands his patients extremely well and listens and treats each patient differently to suit their own individual circumstance and disposition. I could not have asked for anyone better and was extremely lucky to have Mr Hadjiminas as my consultant who along with his PA, Catherine, sailed me through the most difficult time of my life. Can’t thank them both enough.
