“Hippocrates would be very proud of Dr Thomas. I am truly grateful to have met him . From the very first moment he showed an empathetic, anthropocentric approach to my issue where he dealt with it at a lightning speed and efficiency as long as extreme levels of problem solving. Throughout our interaction he was super friendly and approachable and at the same time extremely professional and honest. I could clearly sense that he was feeling my pain and wanted to help to his greatest extend which he did. I had numerous interactions with other medical professionals around my issue where each and everyone of them were speaking highly of Dr Thomas which constantly showed me how much respected he is in between the people he interacts with daily or have heard of his work. I had a substantial lumbar disc prolapse which was progressively getting worse to the point I could not get off my bed, feel numbness and weakness on my leg. Dr Thomas responded to all my attempts to reach out to him as quickly as possible, devoting much of his personal time to my issue too where he would call me to discuss his thought process for our next step instead of just a decision announcement. I had to do two epidural injections in a period of 10 days, where in both of them, I received the highest level of comfort and sense of security. He quickly referred me to one of the best spinal surgeons in the U.K. to seek for an advise for the possibility of surgery and arranged for my stay at one of the best hospitals in London where he also pushed my private insurance for an extension after I mentioned I was not feeling safe to go home yet. I was exactly at your place, looking at my screen, searching for doctor reviews that would help me, that will listen to me and will do the best of their capabilities, do not hesitate another second and I wish you the best. Also I would be extremely unfair not to mention his lovely, super supportive, very responsive and extremely helpful assistant - Madolyn which I am very grateful for her help too“
