Dr Jacobs made us feel relaxed during the consultation, did a thorough examination and explained his thoughts throughout. He summarised his findings clearly and gave time for any questions. He was extremely reassuring and I would not hesitate to return if we had any further concerns.

My 5 yr old daughter was seen by Dr Benjamin Jacobs recently at the wonderful HCA in Elstree Waterfront. Dr Jacobs was very kind, gentle and attentive to my concerns regarding my child and treated us both with great care and professionalism, not to mention his wonderful team and staff who were amazing.

Our experience with Dr Jacobs have been extremely positive. He put my 6 years old at ease straight away and even convinced her to have blood test with no fear. The overall explanation has been very detailed and clear and the potential treatment decision has been discussed with me. I felt reassured and my child had positive experience of visiting the doctor.

My 7 year old daughter and I met with Dr Benjamin due to a lump that had become apparent on her clavicle bone (neck bone). Dr Benjamin was thorough in his examination and talked me through the diagnoses very clearly and put my mind at ease. Dr Benjamin spoke extremely well with my daughter in a manner that also ensured she was included in the conversation and was also reassured. Thank you once again.

We consulted with Dr Jacobs at the Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore. He immediately put my daughter at ease and addressed her at all times, and only asked me to confirm certain details, which my daughter would not necessary know. Very reassuring and easy to talk too.

We saw Dr. Jacobs for our daughter's care. Dr. Jacobs is very kind and patient. He gave us full attention and is very thorough. We have been very happy with his treatment recommendations. I can highly recommend Dr. Jacobs to any parent. Truly grateful. Thank you so much. if there is anything that could be improved - it is the registration process and follow-up appointments. That part was a bit confusing and bumpy.

Dr Jacobs took a lot of time with us and directed most of his questions directly to my daughter which was really lovely and made her feel at ease. He has a lovely bedside manner and doesn’t type up notes during the consultation (which so many doctors do today) but actually looks at you and gives you his full attention and is very thorough. He took his time asking my daughter questions and getting to know her. I would highly recommend him as a paediatrician.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacobs. He took a lot of time to go through our sons medical history and assess his development. He was very calm and reassuring with regards to our concerns and suggested an excellent course of action on how to go forward. I also really appreciated that he did not require any additional test and examination unless they were absolutely necessary. It saved our son a lot of pain. Finally he was also really responsive with follow up e-mails which again I found very reassuring. I will definitely be going to Dr. Jacobs again if needed and I can not recommend him enough.

He is very thorough in his approach, exploring all possible angles (as well as child's wellbeing) before concluding further investigations and tests.

Dr Jacobs was welcoming and fun, he made my 7 year old feel very comfortable during a very anxious time in her life. Also, Dr Jacobs secretary Zohra is amazing! The most polite and efficient professional woman I have had the pleasure of dealing with throughout all of the recent dealings I have had regarding my daughter. Zohra is always there to respond to emails or answer calls in a timely manner, and make you feel like an individual rather than a patients parent! I love the support Dr Jacobs and Zohra give each other , it’s absolutely refreshing to see! So thank you both
